Creativity is only effective once it's been delivered. That's why we talk a lot about our process.
1. Kick-off Meeting
Prior to this stage we may have met with the client and/or received an initial brief and supplied costings. Before starting work, we meet with the client to finalise their requirements.
2. Creative Briefing
The client drafts a brief using a template we provide. We discuss the brief and the possible creative routes together with the client, having reviewed competitor and industry research. This may form part of the kick-off meeting.
3. Design Development
Following this, the creative team start work on multiple creative routes. Usually we devise three routes - one more creative, one more conservative, and one in the middle of those.
4. Design Conception
When we're happy with the work we have, we present concept to clients either in person or at times remotely. Client then reviews these options, selects a preference, and provides written feedback.
5. Design Finalisation
We then develop the chosen route in line with the feedback provided and send back to the client for further comment. Ideally at this stage it should just be discussion of small details which we tie up with the client.
6. Production
After approval we set the artwork up either in different file formats, or buy imagery and apply any treatments, make it print ready etc depending on the design project.
7. Roll-out
Often once the first piece of work is complete, we apply either the logo or style across a range of other items or a theme across a campaign as requested by the client.
